I started babysitting with my mom for a family friend when I was 11. The mother I babysit for now has 4 kids oldest is now 11 and the youngest is now 4. All the kids have known me since there birth and love having me over I stay the night pretty often just to see them and spend time with them . I also work full time at a daycare that the mother of the kids I’ve been babysitting owns. I like to make a connection with the kids and I observe so I can create the best and most effective way to work with them. I am an observant person and I like to ask questions to help reassure and clarify anything I may have any confusion about and doing those things is how I get through my day to day life and it has helped me immensely. Even though I work at a daycare, I am still looking for little part-time babysitting jobs. I can do because me and my boyfriend moved into our own place and we are experiencing paying our own bills now, and having a second income would be helpful.
