Mindy S.

Mindy has been our nanny for almost a year for our 13 month old son. From the moment she started she was incredibly nurturing and loving with our son. Everyday, my son's face lights up when he gets to see 'Ms. Mindy' and I know they share a special connection. She truly cares about my son's well-being and making sure he is not only cared for, but feels nurtured, stimulated and safe. She has done a wonderful job of providing us tips as new parents, but respecting our decision if we decide to go with another approach. She was also willing to help with limited chores, which was a nice bonus As an extremely busy working mom, having someone that I knew was reliable, punctual and cared for my son has been the greatest gift of all working with her. Having the right care-giver for your child is probably the single most important thing in transitioning back into working a full-time busy schedule after maternity leave which helped my sanity knowing he was safe and loved while I am gone during the day. Our son finally got accepted to a daycare which he has been on the waitlist since my 1st trimester which is why we are no longer requiring Mindy's services. It was an extremely difficult decision since we have all grown to love Mindy! She will very much be missed and any family (especially with a young infant looking for a nanny to grow and bond with your baby) is lucky to have her!
