Hi, my name is madison! I have been a babysitter/ nanny off and on for 2/ almost 3 years I’m very easy going and go with the flow, but also follow the guidelines i am given. I mainly have experience with school age children and infants. I am very pet friendly as i have a fur baby myself, though i am slightly allergic to cats. Sometimes i bring crafts and diys if the kids like that kind of stuff to do for fun ( because i enjoy it too haha )! Hi, my name is Yvonne! I am a mother of 2, an avid reader, and love to learn new things. In my free time, I volunteer with a Therapeutic Horsemanship Academy and am an assistant girl scout leader. I attended UNC at Pembroke where I graduated in December of 2022 with a BIS in Applied Education. I also hold an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, with a concentration in infant/toddler development. I have been working with children for over 25 years. A few of the jobs I have had include being a lead teacher in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms, childcare center director, working one on one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, a full-time nanny to a one-year-old, and am currently a lead teacher at Currituck Head Start in the 3 and 4 year old classroom. I have also had extensive training in literacy and language development as well as cognitive development and would be able to help families with children in preschool or kindergarten who may need tutoring.
