Hello! I’m Lola and I'm the oldest of seven kids, with the youngest being just 4, so caring for children has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I naturally took on a “second mom” role and learned how to juggle patience, responsibility, and lots of love. Throughout high school, I also babysat for family friends to earn extra money, giving me hands-on experience with kids of different ages and personalities. In addition to childcare, I’ve always had pets in the house, so I understand the responsibility, attentiveness, and care that come with animals too. I’m a creative person who loves keeping kids active and engaged through imaginative play, crafts, and hands-on activities—the messier, the better! I have been babysitting kids since I was a child myself, from my nieces and nephews, to cousins and siblings. I am a stay at home mom who only has grown kids at home now that only ask for food every once in a. While. My husband is a Senior Director of Sales for a petroleum company and has an office here but travels. All the time. My biggest baby is my 7 month old baby Great Dane. We have a 2 year old bulldog and tiny tiny 10 pound mix. I watch my three year old baby cousin during the school year but soon it will be her turn for preschool. I’ve babysat my older sisters 2 kids the daughter was from age 2-6 and the son from 3-8 and then my cousin who’s diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy for only 2-3 years.
