Currently I work under The Friend's Program and watch children of varying ages daily. CPR and first aid certification are renewed every two years with the program. They are all very precious and have bestowed upon me the knowledge on how to handle various personality types, including those on the spectrum. You can expect a sitter who will operate under what I like to call "ENS" : Empower, Nurture and Stimulate. Essentially lots of age-appropriate play and crafty activities that instill confidence in your children. I am a huge advocate for getting our children outside and encouraging healthy habits.
