I have been taking care of children for over 30 years now.

I am a mature female. For the past 20+ years, I have happily been a stay at home mom and it has brought me much joy. Prior to staying at home with kids, I was an English tutor for young adults and non native English learners. I have enjoyed many psychology/child psychology, developmental, dimentia and aging in place courses through the years. After I left that job, I promised myself that I would never work a job I wasn't passionate about ever again. When I turned 16, I began working at a before and after school program as well as a summer camp (ages 5-14) until I was 20. I also worked one summer at an outdoor summer camp as well. I graduated college with a degree in elementary education in 2023 and have been working as a first grade teacher. Through these experiences, I have gained extensive knowledge and developed essential skills that help me create positive interactions with the children I care for.
