Norine was wonderful with my 5 children and they all had great things to say about her. We felt very comfortable leaving our children in her care and hope to work with her again. She has great communication and understanding, patient and kind and able to keep them focused. They especially loved her cooking..which is great since I don't regularly cook. :)

I am a recent college graduate and an energetic sitter with experience as a nature camp counsellor, tutor, and sitter. I have certifications in Wilderness First Aid, and CPR. I've worked with children and infants from 6 months to 13 years old, and can provide enriching activities, homework help, outdoor knowledge and adventures, and meal prep. I have my own car and am available Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend availability. In my free time, I love to paint, read, and explore outside. Hi! My name is Chelsea, a 24 year old female, who is looking to help out local families with care and light housework. I have over 7 years of experience watching children from ages 0-15. I am CPR and AED certified, a mandated reporter, fully vaccinated, never a smoker, comfortable with pets, and have my own transportation. I am comfortable with light housework; picking up after children, dishes, folding laundry, etc if needed. I am not comfortable with transporting children in my personal vehicle but I am comfortable with walking to places. A little about me, I have two bachelor’s degrees; one in psychology and the other in nursing. I enjoy lots of indoor and outdoor activities like reading, baking, cleaning, organizing, taking walks, going on drives, riding horses and shopping to name a few. If you feel as though I’m a good fit for your family, please reach out and I’ll get back to you when I can. Thanks!

Hi! I’m an experienced caregiver and nanny with over 10 years of experience working with elderly individuals and 7 years of childcare experience, including preschool teaching and nannying for kids ranging from infants to teens. I speak both English and Swedish, and I’m a very outgoing, warm person who genuinely loves getting to know the families I work with. I have experience with everything from daily routines and household help to companionship, childcare, and creating a safe, comfortable environment where people feel cared for and supported. I’m patient, dependable, organized, and good at adapting to different personalities and needs, whether I’m caring for a toddler, a teenager, or an elderly client. When it comes to childcare, I love making learning feel fun and natural through play, creativity, conversation, and hands-on activities. I like focusing on gross motor skills, fine motor skills, language development, and helping kids build confidence while still just getting to be kids. I’m big on creating a positive environment where children feel safe, engaged, and encouraged to explore and learn. I truly enjoy meeting new people and becoming someone families can trust and rely on. I look forward to bringing kindness, positivity, and an extra helping hand into your home. Open availability.

Hello! Thanks for viewing my profile. I am a caring and reliable nanny with over 5 years of professional childcare experience, and I’m also a mom myself. Being on both sides — as a parent and as a caregiver — has given me a deep understanding of how important it is to feel your child is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. I work with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which has strengthened my understanding of child development and behavior. I naturally follow a Montessori-inspired approach: encouraging independence, hands-on learning, child-led exploration, and a calm, respectful environment where little ones can thrive. I love creating a safe, fun, and engaging space where kids can learn, grow, and feel confident. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize safety while also making sure each day includes activities that are enriching and developmentally appropriate. Families describe me as dependable, patient, and trustworthy. I value open communication with parents and truly enjoy building lasting relationships while being a consistent and positive presence in each child’s life. Looking forward to connecting soon!

I am a 43r old mother of 3 and reside in Delmar, NY. My children are 18, 15, and 12yrs old. I've been sitting since I was 11yrs old. I was lucky to be a stay at home mom from Feb 2000 until 2013. In 2013, I took a part time job working at Elsmere Elementary as a one on one noon aide/who took care of some IEP students and also filled in subbing where the school needed me. I left the school at the end of the school year in 2016 to take on a 5day week babysitting job for a teacher, since my youngest was going to middle school and I could do something full time. I am currently babysitting for a teacher from Hamagrael at her home for her three children which are now 2 1/2, almost 4, and 6yrs old. They will all be going to preschool/school in fall so I am looking to secure a job with another family. Sitting for teachers is ideal for me because I like to be with my children over the school breaks. I love kids and enjoy being able to take them to town park pool, lakes, different playgrounds, the movies, and the library. I am looking for either a summer job or a year round with school breaks off, and time off as needed. One which would allow me to drive with children to and from places on occasion, and that is flexible enough that I can still take my children to an occasional orthodontist visit and drop my son off at baseball camp and such would be great. I do already have my vacation planned for July 28th-August 4th. I also am unavailable from June 22nd-July 3rd for my oldests graduation and a medical treatment for one of my children at Boston Childrens Hospital , in addition to August 17th-20th because I have to drop oldest at college. My kids school breaks/days off for this coming school year are September 3, 10, 19. October 8th. November 12. November 21-23. December 24-Jan1st. January 21st. February 18th-22. April 19th-26. May 27th.
