I graduated from Villanova University in May 2018 with a degree in Nursing and Spanish Language & Literature. I previously worked in the hospital for 6 years full time night shift as a registered nurse, first on an orthopedic/surgical unit and second on a mother/baby unit. I recently began working dayshift full time in an endocrinologist office Monday through Friday. I cannot commit to any full time babysitting jobs, so I am currently looking for jobs on an as needed basis (weekends, date nights, night nurse). I started out as a mother's helper early in middle school and began babysitting in eighth grade (2009). I continued babysitting until roughly 2020 when most parents were working from home and I was working on a Covid unit in the hospital so it was best that I self isolate for others’ safety. This amounts to over 10 years of babysitting experience. I also have roughly 3.5 years experience working with newborns through my job in the nursery and on the post partum unit. I have babysat for multiple families over the years, and most families I kept up with for several years. I've worked with children ranging from 6 months to teenagers in high school. I have also undergone child abuse checks, background checks, and CPR certification through my job and can provide proof or undergo testing again if necessary.
