Hey parents, As you can see my name is Lauren Higgins. I am originally from Bozeman, Montana and I received two degrees in Biology and Spanish at SMU in Dallas. I plan on becoming a therapist for domestic violence and SA survivors in a couple years, but right now I conduct research on medical devices Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. My experience with children started when I was 11 years old. I took a babysitting course offered at my local hospital so that I could nanny for a family friend all summer. It was so much fun and I have enjoyed caring for children ever since. In addition to babysitting for many families over the years, I also worked with children for my job at Entertaining Montana in high school. My position in this company was to play Disney princesses at children's parties where I sang, made twisty balloons, face painted and much more. It was the best job I had ever had and really drove my passion for working with kids. Additionally, throughout college I was a sitter on an app in Dallas where I had a five star rating as given by the parents I sat for.
