I have worked in a few different after/before school care settings with children ranging from the ages of 5-12. I also have worked in a daycare with children of all ages however, I was mostly in the infant room. In the infant room my co-worker and I were responsible for 4-8 babies, depending on the weekday. Every child is different with their own talents, mindsets, necessities, and likes which makes caring for them very exciting and unique. I have two furbabies as well, animals are never a problem.

Hi, my name is Rebekah and I'm currently working as a full time nanny. I care for their 9 month old full time and occasionally help with their 2 and 4 year old. I am offering childcare services over the summer months (mid May-August or September) and will be willing to work full time. I have been passionate about childcare ever since the birth of my first nephew, who l helped care for almost as a second mom, at 14 years old. I then worked at a daycare for about 5 months and loved my job, but realized my passion was independent childcare. I have the most experience with ages 3 months-3 years, but I also have experience with ages 4-6 years, as I used to work with all age groups in the daycare (just mainly infants and toddlers.) My current daily duties with the baby I care for include changing diapers, bottle feeding, giving baths, mealtime (plenty of allergy exposure, and introducing new foods to try,) playtime (helping to learn to walk and other gross motor skills, assisting in exploring environments, and going for walks in the stroller with some grass playtime). Throughout the day I make sure to keep the house clean, I do laundry, and I meal and ingredient prep, as well as prepare meals for the family. I am comfortable with completing daily tasks to ensure your house stays clean and tidy, as well as, I’m comfortable with running errands, and driving children to and from places (I do have my own transportation,) and I would also be happy to prep meals or ingredients for meals. l am also comfortable helping to care for dogs, cats, and small animals. Throughout the day l'd love to do crafts, have plenty of playtime (indoor & outdoor), maybe read books and sing songs, or all of the above!
