Ellen was our nanny for right around a year. She was fantastic! She got along so well with our son, and I loved working with her. I worked from home while she was working with us, so I really got to see how she interacted with our son. She watched him from when he was about 6 months old until he was about 18 months. She took initiative in taking him to play gyms and the library during the long winters and to the park during the nicer months. She could get him to nap even when he was severely jet lagged or when we spent all weekend messing with his sleep schedule. She was also super flexible if we were late coming home or staying after hours if I wanted to go out with friends. If we hadn't moved away, we would still be using her whenever possible!

Hello there! My name is Anya and I am here to help lighten your load, helping to make your busy schedule a little easier. I'm energetic, responsible, reliable, kind, compassionate, and caring. I have always loved and enjoyed working with children. My experience starts when I was 13 watching not only my niece but my mom’s friends kids. When I turned 17 I started working for the YMCA at an after school program, I worked with the YMCA for 2 years till they unfortunately closed due to the pandemic. During the pandemic I went to school for childhood education. I worked as teaching assistant which included my 7 years of working experience with children. I most recently was a nanny for a family who had an 8 month old and was with them for almost two years. It is something I love to do and am passionate about. Not only do I love caring for children, but I also love helping with things that need to be done around the house. I am willing to help out in anyway I can to make things easier for you and your family.

My name is Melissa and I have over 30 years experience caring for children of all ages (newborn - 14 years). I have had the privilege to care for children in private homes as well as in daycare and after school settings. I truly enjoy creating fun and creative activities that encourage individuality and imagination. I am also a licensed veterinary technician in several states and have been first aid, CPR, and MAT certified. I do not have a background check on here since I am licensed in NYS. This allows you to look me up on the NYS Office of Professions which is updated regularly and will show any misconduct or criminal activities if I were to have them. I currently have the pleasure of helping to care for my 1yr old grandson and my 2yr old autistic nephew.

Kristen is fantastic with my children! She is super sweet, keeps the kids fully entertained, and was able to pick right up on my kids routines with just a quick explanation. We utilize her services on a weekly basis and my oldest counts down the sleeps until she comes back again. She’s great!

Hi parents! I'm a nanny with over 12 years of experience with children. I've just relocated to Troy/NY with my husband after living in London for the past 5 years. My last role as a nanny lasted four years and the kids were two weeks and two years old when I started. During that period, I also babysat for many different families through an app called Bubble which provides reviews from all the parents –I've always had a great relationship with all of them, especially the kids! I'm happy to send you the link so you can check. Right before moving I had gotten a UK background check which I can provide as well. I'm also Paediatric First Aid trained. I’m bubbly, caring, dependable and open minded. I truly love spending time with little ones, whether it's reading stories, playing games, or just being a calm and reassuring presence while parents are away! I come with a strong background in caring for people and I bring all of that warmth into my time with children. I'm a natural communicator and will always keep you in the loop so you can enjoy your time away with total peace of mind. I genuinely believe that every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and happy, and that's exactly the kind of environment I love to create. I'd be happy to be a trusted presence in your family's life, even just for a few hours here and there. Don't hesitate to reach out, I'd love to hear about your family and see if we're a great fit! 😊

Cynthia was our full time nanny from July 2021 to September 2025, providing sole charge care for our two children, aged two weeks and two years old at the time. From the very beginning, Cynthia brought warmth, reliability, and deep knowledge of child development. From the earliest stages (nappy changes, feeding, sleep routines, and soothing) to supporting milestones such as crawling, walking, talking, and potty training, she has been incredibly hands-on and proactive. Her thoughtful approach ensures that both children feel safe, stimulated, and nurtured at every stage. She was the best at supporting both of our children's development, tailoring her care ot their individual needs and personalities. Whether organising creative indoor play, planning outings to the park or museum, or simply engaging them ni thoughtful conversation and storytelling, Cynthia has always prioritised learning through play and emotional connection. Her approach is structured yet nurturing, and she has an innate ability to set boundaries with kindness and clarity. She has helped our children build healthy routines, supported their motor and sensory development, and encouraged their growing independence with great patience. We especially appreciate how she promotes language development and social skills through age-appropriate activities and meaningful interaction. Beyond childcare, Cynthia also managed light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as keeping their rooms tidy, preparing nutritious meals, organising their belongings, and doing their laundry. Cynthia is a trustworthy, kind, and capable professional who became a truly valued part of our family. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking an experienced, compassionate, and professional nanny. She will be a wonderful asset to any household lucky enough to have her.

I've been working with kids for about 13 years & its been more then just a passion to me just being able to provide what's needed to them & understand them on every level is what gives me the ability to forward my career in investing my time to every child on any level. in order to be a good care giver you have to be able to have the patience & investment in a child. i have certifications in CPR Training and child Abuse Certificate & im going to School for Childhood Psychology and this is my Experience as a Care Give.

I would be a great babysitter because I have years of hands-on experience caring for my siblings since they were born. That experience has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to handle children of different ages with confidence and care. I’m comfortable managing routines, helping with homework, preparing meals, and making sure kids feel safe and supported. I also have my own transportation, so I’m able to drive children to school, activities, or fun outings like the park or library. I love being active and creative, and I’m willing to plan engaging activities to keep kids entertained. I can “act like a kid” when it’s time to play, which helps me connect with children, but I also know when to be responsible and maintain structure. In addition, I can cook and clean, which allows me to support parents by keeping the home tidy and preparing simple, healthy meals. Overall, I am dependable, fun, nurturing, and helpful someone both kids and parents can trust.
