Hello, thank you for taking a moment to read my profile: I’m a Mom and longtime professional Chef (CIA Grad) that is an empty nester with my son just having graduated college and is already working in NYC. This new phase in my family-life gives me the opportunity to slow my hectic chef-work pace down. My culinary profession has given me extensive experience working with clients in their homes. I am well versed in being very mindful and respectful of their confidential/private spaces. As a single Mom to my now 24 year-old son, I am used to the challenges that came/come with juggling between schedules, drop-offs/pickups, snack/meal-prep, errands and work etc. As a Longtime local resident yet born and raised in NYC, I have the advantage of navigating both settings. “A country mile is like walking a city block”…driving numerous times a day is just part of raising a family in a rural setting. I am very comfortable with pets as we are a family with several rescues. I am a non-smoker, well versed with healthier food choices, am patient and quite understanding but will say “No” if the circumstance call’s for it and will always check in with the parents. I prefer limited or no screen time under my care. My cell phone will always be on but I will not be scrolling. My time spent with my clients children is always filled with; reading, drawing, games, talking about positive subjects or time spent at the library where children's programs are often offered like story/music time. Weather permitting, a packed lunch at the playground. A favorite part of my day is; that I absolutely love laughing with the children. I have a reputation of sincerity, stability, honesty and reliability. I truly enjoy helping families and the moments spent with them.
