I have 24 years of professional childcare and early childhood education experience. I am truly passionate about protecting, guiding, and nurturing children. As the oldest of 6 siblings, I assisted my mother in caring for my younger siblings. I often cared for up to 5 younger cousins at a time in addition to my younger siblings. My first professional babysitting position was when I was 14 years old. My first nanny position was from ages 17-19, it was a live in position. I implement a love of music, arts and crafts, and outdoor play in my caregiving approach. I am honest, responsible, warm, and patient. I regularly recertify in both CPR and first aid. I am pursuing my goal of entering law school, I intend to become a family law attorney.

I have worked primarily with infants, pre-k, this past 5 years, helping with sleep training, feeding schedules and nap schedules, caring for babies and older siblings simultaneously. Its been a long pandemic, I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I am your weekend backup to help you reset after a long week of being a superhero aka parent. I began working with children at the age of 15. I was a Counselor in Training at a sleep away camp. The following two years I worked as a Camp Counselor at the same camp. I began babysitting at the age of 18. I have worked with multiple families with multiple children. I currently work at a Dance Studio as the manager and instructor. The Dance Studio mostly caters to children between the ages of 2 through 14. I am currently certified in First Aid/CPR/AED for both Adult and Pediatric. My experience makes me qualified but my personality is why I have such a great relationship with the kids. Babysitting has always been fun for me. Children are true little sponges that soak up everything. The things they say or do always manage to make my day brighter. Being younger allows me to truly enjoy my time with families. I love to go outside with kids play a little soccer, baseball, or basketball. Kids always love that I can teach them some dance moves. Although usually most kids just prefer me to read to them. I try to give every character in a book their own voice. I haven't had a bad experience sitting. The occasional meltdown is expected and I'm prepared to handle whatever is thrown mine way.
