Hello! My name is Bella, I am an undergraduate student at Kent State. I am majoring in special ed and psychology. I love working with children and hope to gain more experience! I’ve worked with children from ages 3 to 10 through my churches various after school programs.

I have always enjoyed working with children of all ages. Ever since I was about 10 years old I’ve babysat for friends and family. When I was in high school I went to vocational school for Early Childhood Education for 2 years and worked in a state licensed preschool, working with infants all the way up to 5 year olds. I planned lessons and taught. Through and after high school I worked at a YMCA in childwatch for a couple hours while parents came to work out or take classes, working with children from infant to 10 year olds. I can do in my home or yours. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I love to be an important and reliable person in a young child’s life :) I do not have a license to drive.

I have always had a child around me growing up, between my siblings/ relatives. I also used to coach little league cheerleading, that includes all three levels. Kids are my passion. I’m currently working with toddlers at the Goddard school in boardman and was just teacher of the month in January, and then teacher of the year in 2024. I love what I do and how much kids love me. I currently work with the YMCA daycare on weekdays, all while attending school. I have done extensive childcare training for my current job, and had 2 years of Sports Medicine experience in high school. I’ve worked in summer camps for 3 years, I have 6 siblings (4 younger), and a big loving family!
