Hello! I have always enjoyed working with young children. I began working at a daycare when I was 18 in the infant room. I stayed for 3 years until I was offered a job at a prestigious daycare for the preschool teaching position. I later left when offered a nanny position with a family from my old daycare. I then nannied for 8 years with a few wonderful families. I am currently dispatching full time from 4pm to midnight and nannying part time. I'm looking for a loving, positive environment, and look forward to meeting your family!

We absolutely love Lauren. She has been a wonderful caregiver for our toddlers and baby. Not only is she knowledgeable about child development, but she’s also so creative with activities. Every time she watches the kids, they are doing fun, engaging things that keep them excited and happy. She also helps out around the house, tidying up after the kids and even helping with meal prep, which is such a huge help for us. Lauren is reliable, kind, and our kids adore her. We feel so lucky to have found her!

I also have years of experience as a Household Manager and as a Family/Personal Assistant. As well as a Pre- School Teacher's Assistant/Teacher. As well as experience with twins, ADD, ADHD, Aspergers, mild cerebral palsy, autism, and down syndrome. I try to be the best role model for children. I love to get out and explore and encourage active participation, while creating a fun, positive environment. I love helping guide children to be the best them that they can be, to grow emotionally, and influence them to be creative, bright, responsible, kind, and loving young adults. I treat children like they are my own. I am well organized, I can multitask well and I am also motivated and hardworking. I love being silly with kids and having fun with them! I am always open to learning new things. I am compassionate, patient, mature, responsible, and loving. I am a natural when it comes to patient care. I have been in the health care field since I was 18. I have worked in multiple nursing homes, hospital and managed several supportive living homes for an agency called Connections in Ohio for disabled individuals who have a variety of needs. I love working with people and always am up for meeting new faces and opening more opportunities for not only my self but my community as well. I have a clean background and drivers license. I have had a STNA license for almost 15 years but is now expired cause I got into my current career which is a school bus driver. I have been trained in first aid, cpr, and many many more as they have been required for my nursing years and currently as I work with children. I have many years professionally and personally. I come from a big family and have two children of my own. I have always been the go to person for people I know cause they know how passionate and dependable I am in everything I do. Hope to talk to you soon.

My name is Morgan and I hope to help you and your family meet caregiving needs! I have worked full-time as a Certified Child Life Specialist at Cleveland Clinic Children's for 2.5 years in the NICU and pediatric EMU. Due to working 8-5 during the week, and some weekends and holidays, I believe I will be of most help for date night purposes/ weekend needs. As a child life specialist, I work with pediatric patients and their families during their hospital admissions by helping promote a more positive coping experience for children through developmentally appropriate preparation, diagnosis education, teaching effective strategies and helping implement a child’s coping plan to the medical team. Most importantly, I work to help normalize the hospital setting and building rapport with children through play! In pursuing this career, I have had the opportunity to gain many different experiences working with children of all ages from infants to adolescents including previous experiences working for the YMCA, after school programming for a high school, and babysitting for a family during COVID in addition to my clinical experiences in the hospital setting that were required to obtain my certification. With my background in child development and psychology, I feel confident in my abilities to help guide children in their learning and growth both cognitively and emotionally. When I’m not working, I really enjoy, painting, exploring new parks with my fiancé, going to sports games, and spending time with friends and family! I think children I have worked with in the past would describe me as dependable, empathetic, patient, creative, and most importantly; fun!!!

I'm a college student attending LCCC currently for my Associates of Nursing. While I don't have professional experience babysitting, I have 2 younger siblings who I've nearly raised as my own kids since they were young. I am CPR and first aid certified. I decided to be a sitter due to my compassion for kids and ability to connect! My abilities also extend beyond sitting to more, such as basic household work (laundry, dishes, etc.), running errands, in addition to having my own car. I am particularly available in the mornings, but have a flexible schedule so feel free to reach out!

She's our current nanny. Always arrives a few minutes early with a big bag full of activities for her and our little one. She's also very sweet, caring, and organized. Her experience working with children is evident. Plus, it's a bonus to us that she brings her little one with her so our little one can get some social skills - pandemic babies! Adriane does a great job watching multiple children and giving both children attention. 5 out of 5 stars!

Hello, and welcome to my page! I am currently enrolled as an undergraduate student majoring in Inclusive Elementary Education at OWU, and minoring in Zoology. I possess several years of experience babysitting for parents in my neighborhood, family friends, a handful of families on Care.com, and have watched after my three younger siblings during our adolescence. I also obtain a tutoring background, dabbling in both elementary schools and in homes. I love to read, write, draw, play outside, engage in sporting activities, take care of animals, sing and dance, as well as make kiddos laugh. Having fun is essential in my caretaker philosophy, but safety will always remain my first priority. I am trustworthy, dependable, and most importantly, am able to establish trust and rapport with children. I am a safe and licensed driver, and would be happy to run errands or take the kids to the park and elsewhere, if given permission. The sitter role has been an integral aspect of my life as I have learned various ways to manage behavior, observed differing personalities in children, and have dedicated myself to understanding the needs and patterns of kids with special needs; factors including these have been crucial in my ever-growing experience and out-of-classroom education, molding my role as an influential teacher for my future students to depend on. Thank you for your time and consideration, and have a lovely day!

Hi!! My name is Stephany. I am one of 10 children, I being the oldest and the youngest being 9 years old. There are 7 boys and 3 girls. Most of them are in there teens now, but I have personal experience with a different ages. One of my brothers is handicapped and diagnosised being mentally retarded with a behavior disorder, so I also have some experience with disabled children as well. I also have experience babysitting outside of my family. I used to babysit for my really good friend who has 2 children. Also from March 2017 to September 2017 I worked in a day care. I started out working my first two weeks in the toddler room and then moved over to the infant room 1-2 years of age, and finally settling into the baby room working with children 6 weeks to 1year. From 2018-2021 I worked for a family who had 4 children various ages. I would focus on the youngest during the school year and would have all 4 during the summer anywhere between 2-4 times a week. I currently started working with a family in September of 2021. I work with several kids now 2-3 regularly. Most of my toddlers will be starting preschool this year, so I am looking to move to in-home care at my house and bring in 1-2 more families or 1-2 more newborns-toddlers long term!!

Hi! I’m a second-year student at Ohio State University’s (online) , majoring in Chemistry with a minor in psychology . I’m working toward becoming a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, specifically in pediatrics, because my love for working with kids runs deep and continues to grow every year. I’ve coached for the Strongsville Rec “Sea Monkeys” swim team for two years, working with ages 4–17, and I’ve gained hands-on childcare experience across multiple age groups. At Learn N Grow, I worked with children ages 7 months–12 years old, and at Sweet Kiddles, I worked with ages 5 months–4 years. I’m now looking for a long-term babysitting position where I can bring my experience, patience, and energy to a family while continuing my college journey. I love reading, shopping, cooking, and cleaning, and I’m always flexible and willing to help however I’m needed. My goal is to make your family’s experience easy, supportive, and genuinely great! * I’m very flexible with times so just send me a message about what you prefer ! ** just to let you know distance is not a problem !! The farthest I’m willing to drive is an hour out :)) **and have before**
