My job involved enforcing time management to keep my camp group on schedule, adjusting various aspects of our camp day to fit each child’s individual needs, and utilized positive reinforcement to enhance appropriate and safe behavior in each camper. I collaborated with staff members and parents to ensure I met the needs of each camper. This summer, 2026 I have babysat for a 3 year old and 5 year old on the spectrum for 6 hour days, 5 days a week from June through July. With similar responsibilities of prior experience. Driving the kids around to lessons and playgrounds, making meals, keeping the house cleanly, and many fun games and activities. To add, my brother is 10 years younger than me, I babysat him plenty growing up, changing diapers to driving him to school in the mornings.
