Hi! My name is Augusta! I’m a patient, warm, and honest 20-year-old college student. I’m very gentle and energetic with kids though not afraid to be stern when needed—in order to keep your children safe. I have about 5 years of paid childcare experience but I've done far more unpaid childcare/babysitting. I love working with kids and am currently going to school to graduate with a BA in Psychology with a Disabilities Studies minor to eventually become a Certified Child Life Specialist! I've had a blast working as a summer nanny for a little 6-8-month-old girl a few days a week (Summer 2024). Hi there, my name is Lhamo, and I am a nanny with over 25 years of experience caring for children, especially infants and toddlers, with many references available. I currently live in the Woodstock neighborhood, in Portland, OR, and I've raised three kids on my own (ages 25 at NYU Grad School, 19 at the U.S. Naval Academy, and 15 years old at an immersion high school), all of whom I also used to take to work with me, and this ultimately has developed them into the mature and intelligent individuals they are today, teaching all of us important lessons. I normally do not watch television with children while babysitting. If it's part of a routine and the parents prefer we watch TV then of course we can. I’m from the East Coast and moved to Portland two years ago and live outside Ladds Edition. I’m an experienced nanny and went to school at Western Kentucky University for special education.
