Aloha, I started baby sitting at a very young age, due to the fact that I grew up watching my younger cousins and then as I got older watching the neighbors kids. For the past 6 years I have coached soccer for kids ages 8-12 and have loved every second of it. I moved to PA in the fall of 2017 from Hawaii where I worked as a medical assistant in a pediatric cardiology office which means I have my Basic Life Support Certification. From 2017-19 I worked as an MA for UPMC at Children's Community Pediatrics. In the summer of 2019 I started working as a full time nanny for a family with 2 children. In 2021 I got accepted into medical school and therefore said goodbye to my nanny family. I just finished my first year of medical school and my mom has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, because of this I need to take a leave of absence from school for a year in order to be able to afford and care for my mother. That being said my availability will be limited to a one year commitment.

I have a huge love for children it has always been my passion in life , I grew up in a family who fosters and adopts so I’ve always been around children and some on the spectrum/learning disabilities. I have worked in childcare for 7 months now , I’m cpr qualified as well as first aid and have certifications done involving childcare and early learning/ development. Outside of childcare in a daycare setting I’ve watched children at my home as well at church for Sunday school and summer programs / vacation Bible school . After graduating from Saint Vincent College with a degree in Communications , I worked in the banking industry for fifteen years. Growing up with two teachers as parents, I found myself having a passion for working with children. After following my heart and making a career change, I recently celebrated my tenth year working at a local church run preschool / childcare center. It’s the same center that my children attended when I worked part time in banking. I always loved their childcare program and recently joined their preschool team in 2020. My husband and I are now empty nesters and we have moved into the next chapter. I’m finding I now have more time and flexibility to do nannying full time. I have a degree in Foreign Trade from back home, Venezuela. I came to the USA as an AuPair in West Virginia (April 2024-October 2025). I’m a First Aid + CPR certified by the International Red Cross and also know how to swim in pools.
