I used to work as a correctional officer and before that I was a direct support professional where I took care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities but I’m looking for a side job. I have reliable transportation as well as I car, I have diabetes training, I have my child abuse clearance, as well as the other clearances and I have first aid training. In the past I have also worked in daycares. The jobs I’ve had have mainly been where I’m taking care of people. I love working in the fields I have because I know that I am actually helping people who are in need of it. I’m not a super outgoing person until I establish a relationship with the individuals I am working with. Everyone will tell you I have a big heart, I’m kind, I’m hardworking, and that my biggest strength is caring for others. I love working with children! I’m currently working towards my associates in early childhood education at YSU. I have two young sister ones 5 and the other is 7. I have worked with children in different settings since I was 15. I teach swim lessons to children ages 5 and up in the summer.
