PA State Police Criminal Record Report; 2. Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance; 3. FBI Department of Human Services Background Report; 4. Substance Abuse (Drug) Testing. I volunteer in the NICU once a week as well! I am the oldest of three and helped take care of my younger sisters growing up. I was a nanny in the summer between high school and college, and have been a date-night sitter for children from 3 months old up to middle school age.
