I spent 7 years deployed to Afghanistan as a civilian working for an Army unit and am former military myself. I like working with kids because they have always brought me much joy. They see the world with untarnished eyes and believe they can accomplish anything and I enjoy nurturing that spirit. I started working with kids when I was 15 as a babysitter. I have been a nanny for multiple families (both live in and live out) over the years and taught Montessori school. In my spare time, I like to work on projects around my house, in my garden and play with my 3 fur babies. I will love and care for your children as if they are my own. My starting rate is $20/hour for one child, increasing by $5/hour/child. If overnight care is needed, rates can be discussed at meet and greet.
