Hi! My name is Kathleen and I am a kindergarten music teacher living in the Delaware County area (as a PA certified teacher all clearances available upon request). I grew up in a large family of six kids and have always enjoyed working with children. During high school, I began camp counseling during the summers and professionally working with children. In college, I started babysitting for families with toddlers and elementary-aged children. When I graduated, I began teaching music, working with children grades 1-8. Now I currently work with kindergarten children aged 5-6. Outside of teaching music, I am a very active individual. I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, performing on voice and piano, exploring museums and new places, playing guitar, and sports. I recently received my black belt and have been training in martial arts for five years. I also enjoy playing volleyball and frisbee in recreational leagues with friends. As a sitter, I've always enjoyed providing the best experiences for families and their children. I am not the kind of sitter who is going to be content doing the bare minimum. I really genuinely love helping families and engaging and creating quality activities for children. Especially during the warmer months, I love taking children for time outside like walks to the park or playing soccer or tag in the yard. I've enjoyed building new lego creations, baking cookies, and drawing and painting. I also have no problem cleaning and doing house work, I actually enjoy it. However, I will always ask if it's okay though. I also have no problem making snacks and food for children. I've always treated each child and family as if they were my own and always make sure to deliver service with the utmost respect and care.

I am a very patient, yet energetic babysitter who is always up for playing games, going outside, and creativity. I believe that fun can sometimes be a little messy, but I always leave the house as clean, or even cleaner than I entered it. I received my first BS in Psychology at Haverford College in 2022, and went back to school for an accelerated BS in Nursing at Villanova University in 2023-2024. I just earned my RN licensure in September 2024, and will be working full-time in Pediatric critical care this October! I have nearly 10 years of babysitting and nannying experience in both the private home-care and professional academic sectors, and have been so fortunate to amass an incredible circle of clients that have followed me through many years and much growth. I worked in Magic Kingdom doing Parade Audience Control and had so many magical moments with families. I spent my days playing with children, chatting with families, and making sure everyone was safe! I've been babysitting since I was a freshman in high school.
