My name is Dessirae Jones and I am a mother of 4 beautiful children. I love being a sitter because I know that it is not easy doing life and caring for your children. We all could use a little help with our little ones. I worked in daycare for three years and I was a teacher assistant in Montessori for one year. I am experienced in diapering, feeding, preparing meals, napping, soothing, creating art activities and engaging in outdoor play. This is just to name a few things but definitely not limited.

I describe my personality as quiet, responsible, and caring. It is rewarding, fulfilling, and life giving to me to work with children. I’m looking for jobs with structure, stability, dependability, and flexibility. I request that parents are nonsmokers. One thing you should know about me is that I am not an animal lover. I am comfortable with dogs as long as they are not in the same space I am in. A dog outside or in a separate room is fine. Ideally no dogs at all. I started working with children in my teen years. I also have six younger siblings and would have had experience helping with them. I spend spare time writing, sewing, listening to music or other audio, watercoloring, enjoying outdoors, some reading, enjoying friends and family, traveling, playing table games. I am a current college freshman at Shippensburg University. While I have very little paid babysitting experience. I do have significant experience with children. (two younger sisters) I am available every morning up until 9 AM, I am also available Monday and Wednesday weekday after 6:30, Tuesday and Thursdays after 4, as well as the whole weekended every other weekend. I have skills in child care, cooking, housekeeping, homework help, and much more.

I am currently employed at a school as a classroom aide for a room with children with emotional support. I have also worked with kids with Autism.
