In terms of certification, I hold permanent English certification in the state of NY, and have earned three degrees: B.A. in Special Honors and Classical Studies, M.A. in English (with a specialty in Creative Writing), and an M.S. in English Education. In each of my courses of study, I have earned honors or have graduated with academic distinction (I have copies of all my transcripts). I had CPR certification in the past, but am scheduled to take a First Aid/CPR for children course on March 13th with the American Red Cross.
