I have been working there for this past school year, and along with some other babysitting experience for family, neighbors, and friends (paid and unpaid. I have not only picked up many skills and traits which are needed to take of children, but I have also grown to love it even more everyday. Something I apply to both this passion for helping children, and even my academic career towards law school, is that I don’t only want to help others, but I want to do it well. I would not enjoy my jobs- both formal and informal- if I did not see a smile on the kid’s faces everyday, and know that they truly enjoy being around me as much as I do them.
