I'm 23 years old and have multiple years of experience in childcare. Both in professional and familial setting. As the oldest of a 7 childen household, my interest in childhood learning started extremely early. Most of my teenage years were spent having babysitting or housekeeping jobs while juggling AP classes and eventually college credits. In recent years I've still done the occasional babysitting. My name is Holly. I am 27 and currently working as a Certified Child Life Specialist at a local children’s hospital. I have my Master of Science in Child Life from the College of Charleston. While pursuing my masters degree, I completed a 120 hour practicum at a pediatric hospital in Charleston, SC as well as just completed a 605 hour internship at a pediatric hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of my program, I gained vast knowledge and comprehension in child development and structuring developmentally appropriate play activities. While in Charleston, I also worked as a nanny for a vacation nanny agency, nannying children between the ages of 3 months to 12 years in addition to holding many consistent babysitting gigs with local families.
