My reviews from parents may be old, but I am still an occasional sitter for them :-) I started at 12 as a mother's helper, at 15 a babysitter, at 17 a nanny. I am currently 30 years old. I have a part time babysitting family that I have been with for almost 7 years and a nannying position for over 10 years. I also have about 6 years combined care giving for mental and physical disabilities and limitations. As every situation and every child is different I take these needs request by request. My only rule is that I meet your children at least once with you present to get to know them first. This helps them to open up to me versus being shy and scared if you just leave them the first day they meet me.
