Hiii name is Alicia, I have 5 younger siblings including one with down syndrome. As we all know being the oldest sibling you tend to take on a parental role. I’m very familiar with care giving and knowing how to keep children entertained. I’ve grown up taking care of children and absolutely loved it. From helping out family friends to neighbors within that aspect. As well as pet care. Cooking and listening to music are my two favorite hobbies, as well as completing puzzles to keep the mind engaged.

I am a single mom of 3 kids ages 14, 12 and 9. I have a bachelor's degree in sport management and minor in psychology. I am CPR and first aid certified and have reliable transportation. I am a non smoker and comfortable with pets. I have experience with active as a nanny for a 4 and 3 year old boys. I currently have a DSS registered home daycare during the day but I’m looking to watch kids in the evening or on weekends when time allows.

I love sitting because I grew up taking care of my siblings. From a young age I was always helping out, making sure they were okay, and being someone they could rely on. As I got older it stopped feeling like just a responsibility, and it became a passion of mine. I started babysitting when I was twelve years old. I cared for my younger siblings, the children of family friends, and anyone who needed someone trustworthy and patient. I also became a caregiver for my grandmother. Taking care of her taught me even more about patience, compassion, and being attentive to someone’s needs. Caring for others has always come naturally to me, and it’s something I genuinely love doing.

I have been taking care of kids for roughly 4 years now. Ive been paid to take care of kids for about 3. I have my child development certificate that I completed in high school. I currently work at first pres preschool and kindergarten taking care of the two year olds. I get off at 12:30 and would be available to care for your children after that. I am cpr certified and I have a passion for children. I love kids and would love to work with your family!
