I’ve been lucky enough to stay with some of the same families for several years. I started babysitting one little girl when she was 5 and have continued caring for her consistently over the years—she’s now 10! I also nannied for another family starting when their daughter was around 4 months old and stayed with her until she was about 3, so I have plenty of hands-on experience with infants and toddlers as well.
