I've taught across multiple subject areas, including English as a Second Language and an intensive reading course. Kids have helped me become more enthusiastic, energetic and joyful. Hi, I’m Alyssa Martin. I’ve been working in childcare since August 2022. Before that I was getting my Associates Degree in Emergency Medical services. Working with kids has always been a passion of mine. I love all their silly jokes, getting to help them learn, playing with them, and helping your babies become self sufficient. I started to babysit when I was 12 years old. In today’s day and age 12 seems so young! I also started caring for children at my church when I was 12. When I graduated from high school I started working as a nanny. I have also worked in day care. Unfortunately I had to take some time away from working with kids to care for some very sick relatives.
