I am a mom to 6 grown children. I am also a former elementary PE teacher and middle school coach. When caring for babies cuddling, singing, and reading is a fun way to spend awake times. I know that toddlers and big kids want to stay active and busy! Things I love- being outside, going on nature walks, bike rides and back yard explorations, finding frogs and lizards and making collections of beautiful leaves and rocks. I love birds, throwing baseball, shooting basketball, kicking soccer balls, throwing frisbees and footballs, jumping rope and coloring with side walk chalk. While inside coloring, playing with play doh and reading are my favorites. I enjoy sitting along side as legos or other sorts of creations are developed. I am an undefeated candy land opponent :). I am interested in part time jobs, covering for date nights, one time stays and possibly occasional overnights. Pets are fine with me.

I am the oldest of 9 children so I grew up taking care of my siblings and other families' kids from my church and homeschool group. There was a little boy. I started keeping at four months and then shortly after he turned two, he had a little brother and so I had both of them and the little brother is now a year old. I also have two granddaughters and a grandson on the way, but unfortunately they live many hours away. I love watching the little ones grow and develop and become their own selves.
