With all of that experience, I’ve learned to be patient and calm and be able to create a safe environment for children in order for them to feel safe, understood, and trusted. I am energetic and can be creative and love helping out with arts and crafts and doing fun things with kids. I am flexible and can adapt to plan changes and work well under pressure while still being organized and paying attention to important details.
