I started babysitting when I was a (15 years old) Freshman in High School. I have had many opportunities to take care of children and have various sources of recommendation. I have 5+ years experience as a babysitter, during which I was a sitter for different families, for children from weeks of age to pre-school through the 12th grade. I am very energetic and positive. I enjoy working with children of all ages and have experience working with individuals whom have special needs. I have been a tutor and have various certifications in technology and more. I have my CPR and First Aid Certificate. I enjoy having activities planned for the children so they are never bored and always have something to do. I have my own car and have Full Coverage Insurance. I do offer transportation services. I do offer travel babysitting options - if you need me to go on a trip with your family, travel to the city you live in for quality childcare, or other needs that require going somewhere - ask me for more info.

My personality can be described as fun-loving, caring, and trustworthy. Working with children brings me joy and allows me to make a positive impact on their lives. My experience with childcare began at the age of 11 when a neighbor asked me to watch his three boys (ages 3, 4, & 6) whenever necessary. During my free time, I enjoy activities such as baking, watching movies, and spending time outdoors. Above all else, my primary concern is ensuring that your children are safe and well-cared for. Some of my key skills include patience, empathy, and creativity.

Warm, Nurturing Infant & Toddler Nanny | 15+ Years I’m a dedicated childcare provider with 15+ years of hands-on experience supporting families with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children—including multi-child households and children with autism and sensory needs. My specialty is the newborn-to-toddler stage, where consistency, emotional safety, and attentive care matter most. I’ve supported babies from as young as a few weeks old, helping establish feeding routines, sleep rhythms, and calm, structured days that support healthy development—for both the child and the parents. What sets me apart is my naturally nurturing, hands-on approach. I’m deeply engaged with the children I care for—whether that’s: . Singing and talking throughout the day to support language development . Creating calm, structured routines that help children feel secure . Getting on the floor to play, explore, and connect . Taking children on walks and outdoor time to engage with the world around them I’m not a passive caregiver. I’m present, warm, and intentional. I also bring a strong background in: . Supporting children with autism and sensory sensitivities . Emotional regulation and age-appropriate behavior guidance . Maintaining organized, clean, and smoothly run home environments My experience started early—growing up as the oldest of five (with multiple siblings on the autism spectrum), I naturally stepped into a caregiving role that shaped how I show up today: patient, attentive, and deeply compassionate. Professionally, I’ve worked in both private homes and a preschool setting, where I supported early learning, routines, and developmental milestones including potty training, early education, and social development. Families I work with can expect someone who is: . Reliable and consistent . Warm, affectionate, and engaging . Proactive and detail-oriented . Focused on creating a safe, calm, and loving environment I’m CPR & First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and am open to long-term roles where I can build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.

Hello. I have been an LVN for many years now and also have pediatric experience, both in a doctor's office and while babysitting infants and children in the home. For a few years, I did gain more experience, while being on board, with a nanny agency. Engaging with the infants and children was a thrilling experience. Presently, I am not working full time in Nursing, due to the precariousness of Covid. I am, though available, for occasional week day nights and weekend times. Child care is a part of my career, as I have a very maternal instinct that exudes love. I can appreciate parents wanting an experienced, loving, and conscientious sitter, as that is what I remember my parents hiring, when I was little. By being a caregiver/babysitter, this allows parents to take some time off for themselves, to relax and have some fun, knowing that their child/children are in the kind, patient, loving, and responsible hands of a qualified person. I enjoy this kind of child care, because it gives me the chance to help children learn and also have fun with a credible sitter/playmate who takes joy in sharing her spare time with the younger generation. What makes me good at what I do? I feel that being kind, young-at-heart, loving, patient, reliable, dependable, a good listener, gentle, attentive, teachable, warm, trustworthy, and punctual, are all characteristics that would give families/parents peace of mind, when leaving their pride and joy, with a mature individual! As I remember, "Scamper the Dog", was my favorite children's book, while in first grade. I adored that book! Favorite games I played were, "Chutes N' Ladders", "Candy Land", and hopscotch on the sidewalk with my girlfriends. Favorite activities as a child were: riding bikes with neighbor's children, playing hide and go seek, dressing up our dolls, especially Barbie - that was really fun, watching American Bandstand on tv. Remember Frankie Valle? Oh...that voice!!! I am CPR, First Aid, choking maneuver, and A.E.D. certified. Am experienced in giving medications and medical emergencies! Parents, when placing your posting, please, please write your "zip code" somewhere in the posting. This is very important to me, as I don't like driving too far, especially at night. I look forward to meeting new families, through this website. Thank you and happy babysitting to all. :-) P.S. It would be so helpful, parents, if you shared what specific pets are in your home. :-).

Hello! I am writing to express my interest in the position and to highlight my experience in both healthcare and childcare, which I believe will allow me to contribute effectively to your family. For the past 10 years, I have worked as a babysitter, starting by caring for my siblings and expanding to babysitting family friends and cousins. Over time, my passion for childcare grew, and I gained additional experience working at daycare camps with my church. During my time at Kids Are Kids daycare, I truly enjoyed sharpening my skills and gained a wonderful understanding of childcare. As a psychology major I have also participated in research within this field of child development, which has enriched my perspective on children's behavioral and emotional needs. Additionally, I have worked as a substitute teacher with KATYISD for grades 1 through 8, where I gained valuable insight into classroom management and supporting children's education. Through all these experiences, I have developed a strong commitment to ensuring children’s safety while also providing them with an enjoyable and engaging environment. I also take pride in offering parents peace of mind, knowing that their children are being cared for by someone who is well-versed in childcare and dedicated to their well-being. I would be thrilled to bring my skills, experience, and passion for childcare to your home. Thank you for considering my application! I look forward to the opportunity to work for you!

I truly love being a sitter because I enjoy building meaningful connections with children and being someone they feel safe and happy around. It’s so rewarding to watch them learn, grow, and have fun while knowing I’m helping create a positive environment for them. I have experience caring for children of different ages and am comfortable with everything from meal prep and homework help to bedtime routines and fun, creative activities. I work full-time as a surgical technologist, which has strengthened my attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to stay calm in any situation. I’m CPR certified, bilingual in Spanish and English, and always prioritize safety while keeping things fun and engaging. I also have my own reliable vehicle for transportation and am available on weekends and evenings. Families can count on me to be dependable, caring, and someone their children will feel comfortable with.
