I am a retired psychologist and worked with children throughout my 30 years of counseling. While this did not entail "caring" for children, it did require being able to talk to and understand them at a very deep level. I have been professionally carring for children since 2017. Most of my experience with children has been to raise my own two who are now a paramedic and a public school teacher and I have been having my 3 grand children come visit with me on weekends from infancy to now.
