I’m a kinder teacher. Looking to babysit during the summer and on weekends (during the school year). I have a four year old girl that I would like to bring with me to the babysitting jobs. During my college days I was a babysitter for many families. I can provide references.

I’m a detail oriented caregiver known for being on time, calm under pressure, and great with routines. Comfortable with bottles/diapers, homework help, simple meal prep, school pickups, bedtime, and light cleanup. I’m also experienced with pups ( dog mom myself) and can handle walks, feedings, meds (per instructions), and crate routines. Non-smoker. Comfortable following your house rules to the letter. I began my childcare career instructing dance lessons to children ages 8-18 years old, and continued teaching for over 13 years. This experience helped me gain the skills needed to keep a classroom full of children happy, busy, and learning. Teaching dance was such a fun and creative way to make a positive impact on kids, giving them a creative outlet that was both physically and mentally rewarding. In central Oregon I worked four seasons at the daycare center at Mt. Bachelor ski resort. This experience was new to me, because everyday was a new child and most of the time it was their first day in a childcare center ever. This made everyday a fun yet challenging experience. Nannying for two girls from the time they were toddlers to middle school was also a great joy, the only sad part was that they grew up and no longer needed my services. Aside from babysitting on the side for various families, my biggest joy has been helping to raise my niece and nephew. From the day they were born until now (ages 8 and 10) I have watched them 4 days/nights a week and sometimes more. This has been my greatest joy in life and helping them through all the phases of infant, baby, toddler, child, to now. This has given me the best experience possible for helping others navigate childcare, and I am happy to share what I've learned and make a positive impression on families I work with.
