when my daughter moved out for college/army I wa sen empty nester and missed children so much. I applied for a job in NYC and moved there as a live in nanny. I have worked several nanny and seniorcare jobs on the East coast yrs ago. I have been employed by single parents as well as two parent families. I was also a cook for 16 clergy for 14 yrs. I lived with a 75yo gentleman in Maryland for 2 yrs who had alz. My last position was in Pa living with a 91yo woman. I also was employed for 14 yrs working for clergy. I live in Bell Co Tx

I currently work at a preschool (11-1 ratio) and enjoy teaching, helping the children learn manners and assisting them with basic learning needs. However, there is more children than I prefer to be responsible at one time that is why I am applying here. I love being a sitter because it is my time to love your child and explain to them what they need to know according to their age. I raised 3 children by myself, currently have 2 granddaughters living with me along with their mom. I was in a preschool setting for 9 months last year 8 children 1-2 adults ratio. I am currently employed at a preschool so teaching your child will be a great learning experience for both of us.
