Typically, if it is a shorter block of time or I’m providing materials and supplies, my hourly rate is higher. If it’s a longer day or parents go away or I travel with family, it’s may be a negotiated flat rate. PLAYbysitting rates as follows~ $30 ph @ 1 to 3 hrs. $25 ph @ 4 to 7 hrs. $20 ph @ 8 + hrs. Parents and caregivers are a team supporting an infant's development. Training includes parenting, sleep hygiene, conditioning, & training, and I have worked with infant reflux and many food allergies. I live in Kingwood, so my rate is typically a little higher for families in the woodlands, etc. I currently work with a family through an agency three days a week from 2 pm to 8 pm, but I am available on alternate hours or days.
