I am the oldest of 5 children so growing up I've always been the one who had to watch my younger siblings. During high school I was a section leader in my high schools marching band and was in charge of teaching and watching younger and older students. That may not be exactly the same as babysitting but it did teach me great leadership values and how to to talk to and handle different types of people.
