Hello! My name is MJ and I’m a student at Texas A&M - I’m currently doing online classes for my pre-requisites for a nursing degree. I’m living in San Antonio while I do so! I was raised in a Christian household and my parents taught me well to be respectful and caring for others. I have 5 siblings, two of them younger, so I’ve always helped them in school and taken care of them. All through high school I taught Sunday School for pre-k to 1st grade kids, as well as being a VBS leader for 5-11 year old kids. I was a full-time nanny last year for a 1 month old until he was around 9 months. I was also a regular on-call babysitter for a 2 month old until he was 3 years old. Since I moved to San Antonio, I haven’t babysat in awhile! I’ve loved all my experience with caring for babies/kids and miss it! I am reliable and responsible and always work hard. Hello, The majority of my caregiving experience is at a Daycare I worked at for 2 years besides babysitting for date night. I worked with 12 kids top from infants to five-year-olds. I love working with kids of all ages. Some of my favorite activities to do with the kids are arts and crafts, games, and outdoors activities. I am basic life support and I also assist with potty.

I am about to graduate college (5/18) with a degree in education. I have babysat since I was 14 (10 years) and worked with children ages newborn to 12, including children with special needs. I am also happy to offer pricing to pick up kids from school, help with homework, meal prep/cooking, bedtime and or overnight stays, pricing will be negotiated, based on responsibilities and hours.
