Hello Parents, I am a 35 years old and have been working with children since I was 14. I have experience as a nanny, house manager, personal assistant, babysitter, house sitter and pet sitter. I am the oldest of six children and have experience with special needs, food and drug allergies. I specialize in infants and toddlers and take a special interest in children with anxiety. I have worked for several families long term as well as on call, part time, and date nights. My favorite thing about watching children is watching them grow, learn and discover new and great things about the world around them. I believe that routine is very important when it comes to raising children and having a regular caregiver that knows them, their habits, their likes and dislikes makes a huge difference! I believe as much as kids can stay outside, playing, and distracted, the better, so they don't get bored or start missing their parents. I love to be out with kids, playground, pool, playing sports, riding a bike, chalking, playing tag, hide and seek, and enjoying the nice weather - if possible! I have worked in preschools and with individual families receiving cpr and first aid training and extensive knowledge in child development. In each setting I was able to develop long term relationships with families with children from ages 12wks to 12years. I am strongly focused on making sure children have the best early childhood experiences because these moments really do shape their lives. I have been called a chameleon many times because I am able to use what I have learned and apply it directly to a child's specific needs. I am a 35 years old and have Associates degree in early childhood education and majoring in Psychology at GMU. Hello parents!  I enjoy working with kids of all ages, and love watching them learn.  I've been sitting for many families (50+) in the area for the last few years, and I also have a Masters of Education (Elem.
