Hi there! My name is Tamar and I'm currently a student at Liberty University for nursing. I have over 7 years of experience and I'm glad to provide references! I have multiple nephews and nieces, several years of babysitting and nannying, teaching experience in my church's children's ministry, and I coordinated a non-profit to increase children's literacy for single moms with young kids. I'm super flexible and I'd love to chat about how I can help you!

First off, I love kids! I have been babysitting for years now, probably since I was 14. I have babysat for countless families at my church, as well as working in the nursery on Sunday mornings. I taught the four year old class during Vacation Bible School at my church. I've gone on service trips and worked with kids in the inner cities, as well. I am currently a freshman at York College of Pennsylvania, and I miss babysitting! I worked almost as a nanny during my senior and junior year of high school. I have watched kids ranging from infants to 12 years old.

Hey! My name is Haley, I'm twenty, and I’m looking for part time nanny/babysitting jobs! I have seven years experience caring for children, 2 years professionally (meaning after I turned eighteen). I’ve cared for children as young as three months to as old as thirteen years, and up to three children at once! I have a bit of experience with special needs like Autism and ADHD, and am willing to learn about any special needs I’m new to caring for. While babysitting and nannying, I love to engage the child in games and activities. Whether that’s playing a game, arts and crafts, or baking! I even helped three kids make homemade lemon popsicles one time, which made them feel very accomplished and excited to try their creations! I’m happy to do light child-related housecleaning, like laundry, dishes, picking up toys, and more. Along with that, I’m happy to do meal prep, potty training help, naps/bedtime, play date supervision, pool supervision, and pet care. If you have any more questions, let me know, I’m happy to answer any you may have!

Hey! My name is Eve Tonyan. I am 18 years old and a freshman at Liberty University, where I’m studying to become an airline pilot. I’ll be in Lynchburg this summer for flight training — and every summer during my time here at Liberty — which gives me extra availability to nanny in the Lynchburg area:) I’ve been babysitting for several years and have two years of nannying experience. I’ve cared for children from 6 months to 13 years old, including kids with special needs. I love Jesus, and His joy truly shapes the way I care for others. My heart is to love people well — especially loving the children I take care of well. I’m a happy, energetic person who loves being outdoors — whether that’s playing at the park, going for a walk, doing a scavenger hunt, or having creative playtime outside. With your kids, I’d be hands-on, encouraging, and intentional — always making sure they’re laughing, learning, and feeling safe, seen, and deeply loved. I also love to help around the house — tidying up, helping with meals, organizing, or anything that makes life easier for your family. What makes me stand out as a babysitter or nanny for your children? I truly see caring for kids as a calling, not just a job. I’ll love and care for your children as if they were my own — bringing joy, patience, and dependability into your home every day. My goal is to make sure your kids feel safe, valued, and deeply loved while having fun and learning along the way. I can’t wait to meet you and your sweet family!

My name is Bella I’m a freshman in college but my junior and senior year of highschool I took child development and teachers for tomorrow where we did have to care for children independently. I have never been paid for babysitting but I have babysat before I’m very good at problem solving especially when it comes to children the simplest way Atleast how I’ve always seen it listen to how they feel and help them choose the right decision on their own.

As a mom of 4 girls, I know how important it is to make sure that your child or children are in a safe and welcoming environment. I have been providing child care since I was an early adolescent girl starting off as a neighborhood and family babysitter. When I was 16 I started working at a licensed daycare center and throughout my adulthood I’ve worked at other ones as well. Outside of traditional babysitting and working at a daycare center, I also was a nanny my duties included facilitating homeschooling lessons, cooking/meal planning, cleaning, as well as taking the children on field trips to many local community settings. Academically, I have a bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services and am in the process of obtaining a master’s degree from Liberty University, I did however take some time off due to me having a newborn baby. My most recent employment was at a public middle school in my former school as a paraprofessional and my duties were focused on working with students that had IEPs. I have had other experiences working with individuals that had an array of different abilities/limitations at a OPWDD agency. I was also a teacher assistant for a school specifically for students that were diagnosed with autism. Children should be able to feel supported and encouraged to learn in whatever way is best for them. My biggest worry when it comes to my own children is that when they are not with me, is their physical safety of course as well as mental security, that their thoughts and emotions are validated. And I’m mindful of that with it comes to other children as well. Each stage of the childhood phase is precious, from the moment a baby is first born and is desiring to be held and fed to the moment in which they are graduating high school and are going towards adulthood. We as parents who absolutely love our children and want the very best for them know that it’s a “matter of fact” when it comes to who we allow our children to be around. One fact is there is no other decision that we will make in this time of their lives that will be more important than who we trust with them. One vital component is that person needs to be patient and understanding, through my many years of both personal and professional experiences, I’ve learned to be that. Another one is being able to promote a secure and fun environment, and that is what your children will have with me!
