As a mom of 4 girls, I know how important it is to make sure that your child or children are in a safe and welcoming environment. I have been providing child care since I was an early adolescent girl starting off as a neighborhood and family babysitter. When I was 16 I started working at a licensed daycare center and throughout my adulthood I’ve worked at other ones as well. Outside of traditional babysitting and working at a daycare center, I also was a nanny my duties included facilitating homeschooling lessons, cooking/meal planning, cleaning, as well as taking the children on field trips to many local community settings. Academically, I have a bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services and am in the process of obtaining a master’s degree from Liberty University, I did however take some time off due to me having a newborn baby. My most recent employment was at a public middle school in my former school as a paraprofessional and my duties were focused on working with students that had IEPs. I have had other experiences working with individuals that had an array of different abilities/limitations at a OPWDD agency. I was also a teacher assistant for a school specifically for students that were diagnosed with autism. Children should be able to feel supported and encouraged to learn in whatever way is best for them. My biggest worry when it comes to my own children is that when they are not with me, is their physical safety of course as well as mental security, that their thoughts and emotions are validated. And I’m mindful of that with it comes to other children as well. Each stage of the childhood phase is precious, from the moment a baby is first born and is desiring to be held and fed to the moment in which they are graduating high school and are going towards adulthood. We as parents who absolutely love our children and want the very best for them know that it’s a “matter of fact” when it comes to who we allow our children to be around. One fact is there is no other decision that we will make in this time of their lives that will be more important than who we trust with them. One vital component is that person needs to be patient and understanding, through my many years of both personal and professional experiences, I’ve learned to be that. Another one is being able to promote a secure and fun environment, and that is what your children will have with me!

I am CPR/ First Aid certified and have been working with children for 5 years. I worked with kids from as young as 3-10 years old. I make sure to communicate with the parents of what they expect from me and if they have a schedule for me to follow. I also make sure to introduce myself and ask any questions I may have so I know the kid and any possible important information that could help.

I graduated in 2019 with a BA in French and Spanish. I am a very hardworking and caring individual and, I love children. I am very family oriented with a little brother of my own that I have cared for my entire life. He is like a son to me. Before leaving North Carolina where I attended school, I was working every day with children grades K-12 at an after-school program along with my studies and playing basketball. I currently babysit regularly for several local families. I have been working professionally in childcare since 2017, and babysitting since I was 16 years old. I have experience with working with children one on one and/or multiple children in a group setting, so babysitting multiple children is no problem for me. In addition to assisting the children with homework and other academic assignments, I was an art and language teacher at the after school program mentioned above, and a tutor as well. I still currently tutor. I would be willing to work with your child on those things while babysitting. I am CPR certified and have BLS training. I believe in being very active and hands-on with activities because that is the best way to learn and play ! General availability: weekends/evenings/nights

I'm Peyton, a nursing student with years of experience caring for kids, including those with special needs in my family. I'm reliable, patient, and genuinely love working with children of all ages. I can help with errands, cooking, homework, and driving to activities whatever makes your day easier! I'm also comfortable with pets and happy to lend a hand wherever needed. I bring calm energy, a positive attitude! I'm looking for a job that's flexible with my school schedule and allows me to do what I love helping families and caring for kids. I started working with kids when I was basically a kid myself! I'm the youngest of three, and since there's a 20-year age gap between me and my older siblings, I've been around babies and toddlers my whole life. In my spare time, I love traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my fur baby. I'm a total foodie and also enjoy getting creative by refurbishing furniture I find at thrift stores.

Hey! My name is Haley, I'm twenty, and I’m looking for part time nanny/babysitting jobs! I have seven years experience caring for children, 2 years professionally (meaning after I turned eighteen). I’ve cared for children as young as three months to as old as thirteen years, and up to three children at once! I have a bit of experience with special needs like Autism and ADHD, and am willing to learn about any special needs I’m new to caring for. While babysitting and nannying, I love to engage the child in games and activities. Whether that’s playing a game, arts and crafts, or baking! I even helped three kids make homemade lemon popsicles one time, which made them feel very accomplished and excited to try their creations! I’m happy to do light child-related housecleaning, like laundry, dishes, picking up toys, and more. Along with that, I’m happy to do meal prep, potty training help, naps/bedtime, play date supervision, pool supervision, and pet care. If you have any more questions, let me know, I’m happy to answer any you may have!
