At the present time, I am interested in making child care my career. I have been a caregiver for 25 years, including raising three children of my own. I am comfortable with all age groups but find toddlers and preschool aged children to be my favorite age group. My philosophy is too much television creates a lazy child. Children who sit in front of a television are missing out on physical activities, and opportunities to make friends and expand on their social skills.

When I was in school I loved being a sitter for kids after school. I helped them with homework and even did activities on days off of school. I am a CNA currently and love to help people. I have watched kids ranging from 3 months-9 years old. One kid I watched for over a year and still am watching him learn and grow through his mom since they have moved. I have a genuine passion for watching kids learn and grow and even getting the opportunity to help them even just a little bit in life.
