I love working with kids because they bring a unique sense of joy and curiosity to every interaction. Their boundless energy and imaginative perspectives remind me of the importance of play and creativity in our lives. I find it incredibly rewarding to help them learn and grow, whether it's through teaching them new concepts or simply being there to support them in their challenges. I’ve been in the child care industry for 4 years now so I have set skills that are wonderful such as ensuring a safe environment, problem solving, being able to communicate effectively with others. I also provide structure and guidance for consistent behavioral expectations.Additionally, I am also CPR and First Aid certified, which gives me the confidence to handle emergencies if they arise. I provide structure and guidance for consistent behavioral expectations, creating a nurturing environment for the kids. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to learn more or have any questions!

I have never been paid for babysitting but I have babysat before I’m very good at problem solving especially when it comes to children the simplest way Atleast how I’ve always seen it listen to how they feel and help them choose the right decision on their own.

Hello! My name is Lowell, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Health Science and Natural Sciences. Currently, I'm preparing for the national board exam for Health and Wellness Coaches. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with several wonderful families, offering childcare, household management, and pet care. I enjoy caring for families and being a part of a child’s pivotal years. With 8 years of childcare experience, I've cared for 9 months-13 years of age. My responsibilities have included feeding, diaper changes, organizing playtime activities, engaging in educational development, driving to/from school and activities, facilitating crafts, walks, and supervising playdates. In addition to childcare, I have experience as a household manager and am happy to assist with cooking, cleaning, and running errands. Furthermore, I offer pet care services. Having grown up on a farm and been involved in 4-H, I have experience caring for cats, dogs, and other animals. I currently own a dog myself.

As a mom of 4 girls, I know how important it is to make sure that your child or children are in a safe and welcoming environment. I have been providing child care since I was an early adolescent girl starting off as a neighborhood and family babysitter. When I was 16 I started working at a licensed daycare center and throughout my adulthood I’ve worked at other ones as well. Outside of traditional babysitting and working at a daycare center, I also was a nanny my duties included facilitating homeschooling lessons, cooking/meal planning, cleaning, as well as taking the children on field trips to many local community settings. Academically, I have a bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services and am in the process of obtaining a master’s degree from Liberty University, I did however take some time off due to me having a newborn baby. My most recent employment was at a public middle school in my former school as a paraprofessional and my duties were focused on working with students that had IEPs. I have had other experiences working with individuals that had an array of different abilities/limitations at a OPWDD agency. I was also a teacher assistant for a school specifically for students that were diagnosed with autism. Children should be able to feel supported and encouraged to learn in whatever way is best for them. My biggest worry when it comes to my own children is that when they are not with me, is their physical safety of course as well as mental security, that their thoughts and emotions are validated. And I’m mindful of that with it comes to other children as well. Each stage of the childhood phase is precious, from the moment a baby is first born and is desiring to be held and fed to the moment in which they are graduating high school and are going towards adulthood. We as parents who absolutely love our children and want the very best for them know that it’s a “matter of fact” when it comes to who we allow our children to be around. One fact is there is no other decision that we will make in this time of their lives that will be more important than who we trust with them. One vital component is that person needs to be patient and understanding, through my many years of both personal and professional experiences, I’ve learned to be that. Another one is being able to promote a secure and fun environment, and that is what your children will have with me!

Hi! I’m Michele, a recent college graduate with a strong background in both childcare and education. I’ve been babysitting for several years and also have hands-on experience as a substitute teacher and educational program advisor, working with kids of all ages. I took a few classes in child development in college, which gave me a deeper understanding of how to support children’s growth in fun, age-appropriate ways. I’m also CPR certified and safety-conscious, so parents can feel confident their little ones are in good hands. Whether it’s helping with homework, keeping routines on track, or planning fun, screen-free activities, I love creating a calm, caring environment where kids feel safe and engaged. I’m reliable, communicative, and happy to help however I can!
