When I’m working with kids I try to immerse myself in their world and their play, intentionally scaffolding and modeling age appropriate skills such as motor, social and emotional, and communication skills. I also enjoy cooking and baking, drawing and sewing, and having kitchen dance parties with my dogs. I love working with kids, I find it very rewarding to connect with kiddos and help them grow as people. I have found that I connect very well with neurodivergent children, I’m neurodivergent and learned a lot of my skills through having a younger brother who has autism.

I am a student at the University of Vermont studying Secondary Education and minoring in Special Education. I love working with children, and have in both volunteer and employed settings.
