Hi! My name is Milagros, and I’m a caring, reliable, and energetic childcare provider with over 5 years of experience working with children of different ages. I’m originally from Argentina and currently based in Seattle. I have a background in Physical Education and Personal Training, which strongly shapes the way I care for kids — I love encouraging movement, outdoor play, and healthy routines in a fun and safe way. I’ve worked as a full-time nanny, babysitter, and caregiver, supporting families with everything from daily routines and school pickups to creative play, meals, and emotional support. I’m very attentive, organized, and calm under pressure, and I truly value building trust with both parents and children. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your child with someone, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, have a clean driving record, and I always aim to create a positive, structured, and loving environment where kids feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m happy to adapt to each family’s needs and parenting style, and I communicate clearly and openly. I genuinely enjoy working with children and being a supportive presence in their growth and daily life. I’d love to connect and see if I could be a good fit for your family!

Hi! I’m Rafaella — a caring, reliable, and experienced sitter with over 6 years of childcare experience. I truly love working with children and feel honored to be a part of their development and everyday moments. My journey started in Brazil, where I worked at a daycare and volunteered with 4–5-year-olds at my church. I later spent 2 years as an au pair in the U.S., caring for children ranging from 6 months to 8 years old. Those years helped me build strong skills in nurturing routines, supporting milestones, and creating a safe, fun environment for kids to grow. Currently, I’m working with a family caring for their sweet baby — I started when he was just 5 months old, and now he’s a happy, active 1-year-old! I’m experienced with infants, toddlers, and school-age kids, and I always bring patience, creativity, and responsibility to every family I work with. Whether it’s reading stories, planning activities, or helping with naps and meals, I’m here to support your child’s needs with love and care. Looking forward to connecting with your family!

I am a responsible, punctual, and caring professional with a deep passion for childcare and teaching. Currently, I work as a lead teacher in a preschool classroom with 1-year-old children, where I enjoy creating an environment full of learning, play, and love. I have experience caring for autistic children, tailoring activities and strategies to meet their unique needs. I provide support with tasks such as preparing healthy snacks, assisting with potty training, helping during nap time, and designing activities that stimulate motor skill development. I am inspired by Montessori principles, fostering independence and learning through discovery. I firmly believe that every child is unique, and I enjoy the opportunity to learn from them while supporting their growth in a safe and nurturing environment.

Hi! I have a BSc in Psychology (minors Sociology, English) and a MSc in Developmental Psychology from a year abroad in the UK. Before studying in the UK, I LOVED working with young children and families at a early learning daycare center. I was hired as the lead toddler teacher (working primarily with 12-24 month olds) and ended up working as the assistant director; this was great administrative and early childhood education experience, and I worked with all ages at the preschool (infancy - school age). I’ve also babysat for years and nannied since returning from my recent studies. My favorite ages to play with, sing to, and teach about life are definitely infancy - two years. With a background in psychological and lifespan human development, my approach is rooted in supporting children's cognitive, socio-emotional, behavioral, and physical growth while promoting independence and self-esteem. I love to do this by engaging in fun developmentally appropriate play - crafts, musical, sensory, imaginative play, etc. - and by demonstrating to children that I am a safe adult who will respect and advocate for them, give structured support (i.e., follow through on commitments, hold boundaries, etc.), and provide them space to build trust in our relationship. I apply these practices age appropriately and adapt them to the child, as infants and younger toddlers, for example, require might more physical affection (snuggles, rocking to sleep) than school age kids. I am putting out feelers to keep working with young children while I decide if I will apply for PhD program or other position in my field. I will communicate transparently about these changes, as I know how important it is for you (and me) to build consistency in relationships with littles. In the mean time, however, I can provide reliable, quality care or help you out in a pinch if yours falls through or you are looking to try out a new sitter :)

Hi everybody! I am a certified math teacher and a boys' basketball coach at a high school in Renton. I attended school at the University of Washington where I obtained my Master's in Teaching in 2020. I've been working with kids for 10 years and have babysat for the past 5 years. I've cared for many families, mostly in date night roles, with kids aged 1 and up. In addition to date nights, I've also helped with weekends/overnights, after school, and full-time babysitting in the summer. Working with kids is something I enjoy doing and is the reason I became a teacher and a coach. I like to spend the time interacting and engaging with the kids. I focus on making sure they have a safe and fun time while in my care. Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I'm excited for the opportunity to work with you and your family!

Hello families! My name is Donaisha, but I go by Dee. I am originally born and raised in California, and have been a resident here in Washington for about 5 years now. I am a mother to a beautiful, sweet, smart, funny, outgoing and friendly 6 year old daughter (Kenya). I call her my assistant as she sometimes has to accompany me to jobs I pick up here. She is the reason I began my nanny journey back in 2017. During the past 6 years I have done pretty much every setting when it comes to childcare! Such as, day cares, baby sitting, date nights, overnight care, Montessori teacher, private home educator, learning pods, camp counselor, and tutoring. It’s truly a passion of mine to not only be apart of experiencing these kiddos growth, but also being able to help take the load off of parents who may be juggling a lot. I am Montessori certified, CPR and first aid certified, and up to date with all vaccines. My schedule is currently open and flexible for this upcoming summer and I would love to meet and connect with more families!
