I have held long-term positions with 6+ families here in Portland most recently over the past five years, and prior to that was employed by a respected nursery school for more than three years, with a lifetime of experience I'd love to share with you! I’ve worked as a camp counselor/teacher with Adventures in Writing for four years, a Lead Teacher with the YMCA for two, and a lead teacher for Innovation Learning for two years. I moved from Ashland, where I was a toddler teacher for two years. After moving from Ashland I became a Lead a Toddler Teacher at an in home daycare for over a year before getting the opportunity to become a Toddler Guide at a Montessori School. I love doing crafts with kids and helping them figure out what they love to do! I am CPR/First Aid certified and can help with potty training!

I started sitting over 20 years ago for children and pets. My experience with children ranges from daycare settings to occasional date nights to full time nanny work. My specialty is with infants and toddlers but I enjoy helping out with the older kiddos too. *Happy to help with homework, dishes, cooking, and laundry. I use sign language and can count up to ten in three languages. Familiar with all diapers, bottles, Disney characters, Transformers and MOST Superheros. I always have stickers and usually have bubbles. Prefer to be outside exploring rather than inside but balance is good too. Originally from the Midwest and have been loving Portland for 10 years. Before moving here, I worked as a Certified Medical Assistant and helped take care of a few elderly patients on the side. As well as being the oldest of six, I have always loved taking care of children, the elderly and pets. I have a daughter who will be 2 in September. She loves to play!

I have babysat for many friends and families over the past 7 years, before and after school, on weekends and consistently throughout the summer. I also worked in a daycare, part-time during high-school, interacting and taking care of children starting as young as 2 months old. My names Teresa and I’m 24 years old, I have several years of experience being a babysitter for kids varying In age from 0-15 years old, I’m very good with kids and have my own vehicle to get to and from, drop off/pickup kids from school if needed, etc, I love animals so if you have any that wouldn’t be a problem! Willing to work part or full time as needed, as of right now I’m available 5am-2pm mon-Friday, if interested I’m available afternoons but during that time I’d have my own 2 year old boy with me, again this is only during 3pm and into the night I’d have my own child with me if you need help during those times as his father works, I’d also be willing to babysit in my own home if interested, I have lots of toys, learning posters, play kitchen etc for young children and toddlers, I can provide meals and education learning activities, this is for evening and nighttime sitting, ofc I can babysit in your home as well if comfortable with me bringing my 2 year old boy (3pm- nighttime)
