I have 10 years of babysitter and nanny experience working with kids. I am patient, interact well with children and am also dedicated to the well upbringing and safety of children. Personally I've raised two girls of my own and is currently an empty nester. Now that I'm no longer a full time mom, I'm taking on some part time jobs assisting other busy parents. I'm also comfortable being around pets. My family moved to WA 23 years ago and I turned a full time mom out of choice. Also privately tutored some Taiwanese kids and assisted non-fluent English speakers in the library ESL classes over the years. I believe with proper nurturing and providing children with early learning opportunity can enhance positive child development. I highly value quality education. I am good at reading books to kids and enjoy singing children's songs and rhymes with them. I am great at telling time-tested and children-proved stories. I am good at teaching and making art and craft projects. Also able to handle making healthy kids meals and cleaning after kids with ease. Since the past years to date I have been working part time and occasionally for families with kids ranging from 0 months to 12 years old. I have experience with baby and toddler care. The last three summers I’ve been a camp counselor in Arizona and loved it! My favorite days at camp were swim days, I used to be a swimmer and the pool was fun for the kids. From this experience, I learned a lot more from my campers than I expected to. For instance, on a trampoline field trip, a bunch of my campers taught me to front flip (I didn’t have much say in the matter but I’m still glad they encouraged me) I am first aid/CPR certified as well and have experience with children who have disabilities. I have a sister with a disability (CDLS) and grew up helping take care of her. In Arizona I received article 9 training and have a finger print card. I currently go to college in California and am working towards being a nurse practitioner.
