I have four years of experience as a summer camp counselor, and have moved on to a leadership team at the same camp. I can drive, and I am certified in CPR and first aid. I know that may not be acceptable to all people so I like to let people know beforehand. 3. This is my sole source of income. If you hire me on, I will need 40 guaranteed hours and sick pay. I’ve worked 1:1 with autistic kiddos working on speech, working through behavioral “problems” and have done sitdown table work as well with some kids in my class my first year in the school district preschool (I left that job after Covid hit and they wanted us to go back in person as well as conflict with the teacher I was a para for.) Working with kids is my biggest passion and creating connections and special bonds with them is my biggest joy.
