Hi there I am currently a Kindergarten teacher in Seattle for the Renton School District. I have BA of Interdisciplinary Studies, a MA in Education and teaching certificate for the states of TX, CA and Washington. I relocated to Seattle from Texas where I taught Pre Kindergarten in a public school as a certified teacher for 5 years. Hi! My name is Milagros, and I’m a caring, reliable, and energetic childcare provider with over 5 years of experience working with children of different ages. I’m originally from Argentina and currently based in Seattle. I have a background in Physical Education and Personal Training, which strongly shapes the way I care for kids — I love encouraging movement, outdoor play, and healthy routines in a fun and safe way. I’ve worked as a full-time nanny, babysitter, and caregiver, supporting families with everything from daily routines and school pickups to creative play, meals, and emotional support. I’m very attentive, organized, and calm under pressure, and I truly value building trust with both parents and children. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your child with someone, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, have a clean driving record, and I always aim to create a positive, structured, and loving environment where kids feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m happy to adapt to each family’s needs and parenting style, and I communicate clearly and openly. I genuinely enjoy working with children and being a supportive presence in their growth and daily life. I’d love to connect and see if I could be a good fit for your family!

Here’s a polished nanny review you can use: --- We loved having Mili as our nanny! She cared for our two kids—Ava (4) and Dez (1)—as part of a nanny share with our neighbors across the street, and she was truly wonderful. Mili was consistently warm, fun, and patient with the kids. She had a great routine with Dez and was able to get him down for naps smoothly, which was such a relief. She kept the kids engaged and active, taking them out regularly to museums, parks, and playgrounds. We always felt connected because she sent lots of photos and updates throughout the day. She was responsive, reliable, and made sure the kids were well fed and happy. We highly recommend Mili—our kids absolutely adored her!

Hi- My name is Dylan! I enjoy partnering with parents to ensure children receive the nurturing, consistency, care, and fun they need. I am a kid at heart and love to get down on the floor (or up in a play structure) to play with kids, encouraging their imagination, doing age appropriate science and art projects, adventuring outdoors, and facilitating their brain development through play, reading, and singing. It is important to me to model empathy, respect, and acceptance with the goal of empowering children to solve problems. Additionally, I am very skilled at multi-tasking and time management to ensure the safety and well being of all children in my care. Biggest strength: I give kids the attention they deserve! I am regularly referred to by parents as the 'kid whisperer' or 'Pied Piper.' While some believe I have magical powers (especially toddlers!), in truth, I am simply present and attuned to their needs and wants, through the laughter and tears. Experience: I have over 15 years experience as a babysitter and nanny for children birth to 17 years of age, providing care for up to 5 children at a time both in the family's home and traveling. The majority of my experience is with infants and toddlers. I have volunteered as a child care provider for Pinay sa Seattle, co-facilitating a childcare group during meetings and events for up to 8 children ages 8 months-7 years. Additionally, I have experience as a birth and postpartum doula. I have worked with single parent and blended families, have experience with twins, triplets, ADD/ADHD, autism, food allergies, trauma, and preemie infant health issues. Education: BA in Liberal Arts: Leadership & Human Services, Antioch University - Seattle, 2014 Somatics Practitioner Training, Generative Somatics, 2018 Embodied Social Justice Certificate, The Embody Lab, 2022 Newborn Care Specialist, DNT Network, 2025 Infant Sleep Consultant, DNT Network, 2025 Infant/Child CPR/First Aid, renewed 12/25 COVID/Flu boosters, Fall 2025 TDap, current Work History: 8+ years in social work directly supporting homeless youth and adults living with mental illness, substance use disorder, and disabilities

Would definitely hire Dylan again! He arrived right on time, and from the moment he walked through the door was a delight. He cared for our son with a very positive attitude. We really appreciate the enthusiasm he brought - which was essential, as our son is a bundle of energy! We loved the photo updates throughout the day, and we were impressed by the creativity Dylan brought to providing entertainment to our 7 month old.

Hello Everyone, My name is Karen. I just completed my 11th year of teaching Special Education teacher for the NYC Board of Education. The last 4 of the 12 years I taught Art specifically 🎨. I worked primarily with students diagnosed with Autism but have experience babysitting/tutoring/nanny-ing children of all ages and abilities ranging from 1 to 16 years of age. I've taken a little pause on teaching this year to explore some exciting creative endeavors, as well as go on a fun adventure to the West Coast! However, I would still love the opportunity to work with children in some capacity 😊 I would describe myself as a very loving person, honest, kind, I am a huge animal, passionate about loving our planet, and above all a big kid who likes to be goofy and fun. Please reach out with any questions you may have! Hope to speak with you soon. Warmly, Karen

Karen watched my 1-year-old a few times. My daughter absolutely loved her. She took great care of her and would send me updates throughout the day while I was at work. Karen is very sweet and caring. She communicates very well and is always on time. Unfortunately, my schedule changed, and we no longer have her, but I would absolutely recommend her Karen was wonderful!

I have many years experience caring for children of all ages professionally. I have a clean background and reliable transportation. I have worked as a caregiver for the past 15 years helping elderly and disabled clients in their homes. I'm also a mom of a 27 year old son and 18 year old daughter and grandmother of 1 year old granddaughter 🙂 I love to cook making healthy meals and snacks, keeping homes clean and tidy, do arts/crafts, play games/ do puzzles and read books/watch movies occasionally and going to play outside in the fresh air when weather is decent. I enjoy pets and helping with them as well if needed. I'm flexible about days and times and for date nights too. I could even do overnights as well with a days advance notice if you need a weekend getaway. Please reach out if you are interested in meeting with me. Thanks Teresa😊

Hi! My name is Montana. I am mostly looking for one-time childcare positions. I am available immediately with open availability! I have 5+ years of experience that comes from working as a nanny, working at youth summer camps, and babysitting. I have reliable transportation and am located in the Seattle area. I am also comfortable with pets in the home. ☺️ I can not do one-time/occasional sits for sick children - only long term families that I nanny for. If a child is sick upon my arrival for a babysitting visit, I will not be able to stay for the evening. I also prefer to meet families virtually or in person before committing to a job! Thank you for understanding.

I love kids and am experienced with all ages. I currently teach in elementary. I have worked in an early learning daycare with infants to pre-k. I’m looking for some occasional babysitting jobs that would most likely be best for evenings, date nights, or on weekends. I am CPR certified.

Hello Maria here. I'm 100% children focused: playing games, reading books, trips, homework help, etc. Seeking occasional work before noon or after 7pm, as I have a part time position I'm very happy about. I clean up after any activity or meal. I don't use the computer -- unless it’s for an activity for the children. Rarely use the phone. I grew up cooking Italian food, cooked vegetarian at a Retreat Center, and can cook pretty much any food that children enjoy – often from scratch. As the eldest of 5 children it was often my job to watch my siblings who were 1 to 14 years younger than I was. My first job, at age 10, was babysitting a neighbor’s child while the parents enjoyed date nights. At age 14 I babysit for 2 girls, 24 hr a day, all weekend and took 2 buses to get to and from their home. I've babysat for my nephews and nieces (I have 10 of them, 6 in one family), sometimes at their home, often at mine, and watching up to 6 of them at a time. I mentored 3 children in foster care and they stayed at my home 1 weekend a month. I have also mentored nearly 400 teens, and have two community service awards. I was not blessed to have children of my own. Often I "borrow" children whose families I met at church to spend a day enjoying life with them. We've gone to museums, on picnics, for walks, done gardening, and enjoyed parks, the beach, play games, cards, gone to movies, etc. I teach children old NYC streets games, sometimes we watch movies and play games, often we cook together. I have been employed by PARKS at an after school center and can do lots of crafts, homework, day trips, etc. I play the accordion (not well any more) but have taught children to read music and play very basic songs. I have a CPR and First Aid Certification that expired in May 2020. I have not renewed due to Covid. I was bonded by a Tax Advisory firm and also on Wall Street, when I worked there. I was brought up cooking Italian food, cooked vegetarian at a retreat house, and cook age appropriate foods for or with children. I have two masks and am very careful regarding underlying condition regarding Covid, Since Feb 2021, I have taken a train once -- to go to jury duty. Have not been on train. I have a car... but no air conditioning. I have lots of references.

I have been babysitting ever since I was 12 years old. I wanted to give back for all the years that I had been taken care of. I took a specific course to become a babysitter and started to babysit my neighbors. I had heard about a course specifically for babysitting, so I took it. After that I was good to go to babysit the whole neighborhood. It worked out perfectly while I attended UC Davis. I graduated with two degrees in Dramatic Art and Design, and two minors in Chicano Studies and Education. I love to teach it and create new things. I am also a Spanish native speaker. I was born in a town near Mexico City. I am very interested in teaching kids what I have learned and also try to have fun with them. Every time I babysit I like to teach the kids something new. Currently, I am a pre-K teacher. I am loving, fun, and entertaining to be around. Teaching kiddos is my passion. It’s the beginning of a new beginning in education. Please ask what my availability is for the summer! Gracias

Suzie has been absolutely amazing! In only a couple weeks, she has taught my 16 month old a ton of new sign language and words that he is using regularly! She’s is genuinely excited and eager to play and teach him, and it’s like having our own personal Ms. Rachel. She keeps our LO so entertained and happy that he doesn’t even care if mom or dad leave the room. He became so comfortable with her so quickly, and is excited to see her every time. Even when he was unexpectedly sleeping in later, Suzie offered to help with some home organization until he woke up! She is so very helpful and it is so reassuring to know that my little one is in such great hands. Knowing he is so happy with her helps dissipate that ever lingering mom guilt when I’m away from him. I can’t say enough great things about Suzie.
